The village of Twywell is recorded in the Domesday book & the oldest part of The Friar was built in the late 17th Century. With it's coursed limestone, thatch roof & leaded windows it is the picture perfect old English Inn.

The Friar is 'dog friendly' & allows dogs with their owners in the bar area & of course outside. Dog bowls & water are provided & sometimes treats!
